Aborda-se ainda a tentativa de fraude à cota, suas consequências perante a legislação e os Tribunais Eleitorais, apontando-se a necessidade de rigor na apreciação judicial do tema, para coibir tais fraudes e permitir que a plena democracia seja atingida, com a participação plena das mulheres nos espaços de poder, em benefício de toda a sociedade.It analyzes the problem of female underrepresentation in Brazilian politics, from the perspective of a qualitative approach and descriptive methodology, analyzing the evolution of the subject, from the institution of women's right to vote, to the present moment, in which the affirmative action constituted in the gender quota exists, however, it still does not produce the expected effects.
