Os benefícios advindos da implementação deste instituto serão inúmeros, atingindo todos os atores que participam deste período, em especial, na garantia de que serão respeitados os princípios da razoável duração do processo, da soberania popular, da representatividade e da legitimidade das eleições.It aims to demonstrate how the creation of the candidacy preregistration phase, using structural process techniques, will contribute to the Electoral court being able to definitively judge almost all candidates before the elections, remedying the existing state of non compliance currently in the electoral process.
