A pesquisa adota uma abordagem mista, combinando análise quantitativa e qualitativa dos dados fornecidos pela Assessoria de Inovação e Acessibilidade do TRE-PR. Esses dados foram tratados estatisticamente para identificar tendências e analisados à luz de teorias de justiça e participação política. Os resultados indicam um impacto positivo substancial das medidas implementadas pelo TRE-PR, sugerindo avanços tanto em termos de acesso quanto de engajamento político das PCDs. Conclui-se que as iniciativas do TRE-PR contribuíram para um avanço considerável na inclusão democrática, podendo servir de referência para outros Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais no desenvolvimento de práticas mais inclusivas.It analyzes the initiatives of the Regional Electoral Court of Paraná (TRE-PR) to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities (PCDs) in the 2024 municipal elections, investigating the impact of these actions on the effective participation of these voters in comparison to previous elections. The research adopts a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis of data provided by the TREPR Innovation and Accessibility Advisory. This data was treated statistically to identify trends and analyzed considering theories of justice and political participation. The results indicate a substantial positive impact of the measures implemented by TREPR, suggesting advances both in terms of access and political engagement of PWDs.
