Para isso, realiza-se uma prospecção histórica, pautada por pesquisa bibliográfica, levando ao entendimento de que sua origem e princípios conduziram e interferiram nos rumos de sua trajetória.The object of this article is a political trajectory Assis Brasil, founder of the Liberating Party, deputy and member of the governing junta gaucho of 1891, as well as one of the propagandists of the Republic, and is objective to some points of the statesman's career and questions about it.
