Conclui que a resistência apresentada por essas organizações aos aspectos teóricos da luta pelo socialismo no Brasil, que consistira num elemento central da identidade das organizações de esquerda que as precederam, em especial o Partido Comunista Brasileiro e a Organização Revolucionária Marxista-Política Operária, permitiria a algumas delas, mais tarde, no fim dos anos 70, constituir um campo comum de preocupações e identidades com outros segmentos que tomariam parte na construção do Partido dos Trabalhadores.It addresses the political identity of the far left organizations which took part in the violent struggle against the brazilian civil-military dictatorship established in 1964. It focuses on these groups opposition to the traditional forms of strategy and organization of mainstream west left parties, in favor of pure military action.
