Conclui-se que a Súmula 73 fortalece a efetividade da cota de gênero ao impor custos concretos às legendas que violam a norma, mas seu impacto pleno depende de mudanças intrapartidárias que garantam recursos e competitividade às candidatas.It examines Precedent No. 73 of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) as an instrument to combat fraud against the gender quota. It starts from the hypothesis that the jurisprudential standardization established by this precedent has increased the Electoral Justice's ability to detect and punish fictitious female candidacies, which has the potential to enhance women's effective participation in politics. A case study was conducted at the Regional Electoral Court of Paraná, combining documentary analysis of 57 rulings (Electoral Judicial Investigations - AIJEs) issued between 2020 and 2024, descriptive statistics (percentage variation of occurrences and convictions), and a literature review on affirmative actions.
