Ademais, foram consideradas incoerências nas decisões questionadas, com entendimentos diferentes para casos similares. O artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar os dados gerais oriundos de decisões judiciais e de outras referências de pesquisa.It deals with decisions involving freedom of speech at the Regional Electoral Court of Minas Gerais (TRE-MG) and at the Regional Electoral Court of Rio de Janeiro (TRE-RJ). It is derived from a jurisprudential survey on who the main plaintiffs and defendants are, what was the issue discussed, what was the choice of origin of the issue, what the requests were, as well as whether or not there was mention of categories such as intention and weighting and whether the trial was for or against the defendant's freedom of speech. Furthermore, inconsistencies in the questioned decisions were evaluated, with different decisions for similar cases.
