Pondo-se em relevo a hipótese de que, no decorrer de 2002 e início de 2003, o partido equilibrou capital eleitoral e moderação política, pretende-se testá-la examinando-se a Carta ao Povo Brasileiro e o Discurso de Posse do ex-ministro da Fazenda Antônio Palocci.It examines the way the Workers' Party (Partido dos Trabalhadores) rhetorically managed the Market in 2002/2003, a crucial moment of their history, when they succeeded for the first time in a presidential election in Brazil. Throughout the 36 years of the political trajectory under examination (1980-2016), the party has developed, became more professional, being successful in elections of many spheres in the country - in cities, states, and the federal government.
