A invisibilidade desses cidadãos perpassa, em grande medida, pela falta da ocupação de espaços de poder e decisão. Portanto, faz-se necessário entender esses obstáculos e propor melhorias para superá-los. Para tanto, este estudo faz uso de uma retomada histórica da construção da cidadania LGBTQIAPN+, através de material bibliográfico interdisciplinar e uma abordagem dedutiva. Em suma, apesar das recentes conquistas desse segmento social, foram apontados impedimentos à sua representatividade, tais como a exclusão social, a violência político-eleitoral, bem como a falta de apoio partidário, as quais podem ser enfrentadas através de ações afirmativas e por uma educação política transformadora.It analyzes the possible barriers to the representativeness of LGBTQIAPN+ individuals. The invisibility of these citizens permeates, to a large extent, the lack of occupation of power and decision-making spaces. Therefore, it is necessary to understand these obstacles and propose improvements to overcome them. To this end, this study uses a historical review of LGBTQIAPN+ citizenship, through interdisciplnary bibliographic material and a deductive approach.
