Trata-se de estudo multimétodo que combina análise quantitativa e qualitativa. Primeiramente, foi realizado um grupo focal online com assessores/as de deputadas federais. Em seguida realizou-se um survey com assessores/as dos gabinetes das parlamentares em Brasília, dos escritórios delas nos estados, das lideranças partidárias e das comissões permanentes da Câmara. Também foram realizadas entrevistas com 19 das 55 deputadas em exercício na legislatura de 2015-2019. Os resultados mostram que há, no geral, uma homogeneidade de pensamento em relação às dificuldades para o exercício do mandato. A opinião das deputadas coincide com a visão do staff.It analyzes the challenges that women face when exercising their parliamentary mandate in the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies. It is a multi-method study that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. Firstly, an online focus group was held with the staff advisors of some female federal deputies. Then a survey was carried out with these advisors of the parliamentarians in Brasilia, in the states, the party leaderships and the permanent committees of the Chamber. Interviews were also conducted with 19 of the 55 female MPs. The results show that there is, in general, homogeneity of thoughts regarding the difficulties to the exercise of the mandate.
