O estudo abrange também questões alusivas ao ofício eleitoral do Ministério Público, como parte ou fiscal da ordem jurídica, destacando a sua importância e imprescindibilidade para a garantia da lisura e normalidade do processo eleitoral.It analyzes the role of the Public Prosecutor in the electoral area, addressing aspects related to its normative regime, institutional structure and organization, as well as the nature and extent of such a function. From the examination of the modeling established on the Brazilian Public Ministry in the Constitution of 1988 and in the laws, it is sought to situate the exercise of the electoral function and the institutional organization in the several levels.
