Como procedimento metodológico, adotamos a revisão bibliográfica, entrevista em profundidade com a idealizadora do coletivo e análise de conteúdo, segundo Bardin (2011), das publicações realizadas pelo grupo nas redes sociais digitais Facebook e Instagram em um período de 30 dias. Para tensionar as informações obtidas na análise dos conteúdos postados, foi feita uma entrevista estruturada, via e-mail, com a diretora de comunicação do Instituto. Foi observado que o coletivo tem uma comunicação descentralizada e horizontal, que consegue alcançar engajamentos positivos com o público-alvo.It analyzes the communication of the feminist collective "Instituto Política Por.De.Para Mulheres" (Curitiba), which encourages female insertion in institutional politics. As a methodological procedure, we adopted the literature review, in-depth interview with the creator of the collective and content analysis according to Bardin (2011) of the publications made by the group on digital social networks Facebook and Instagram over a period of 30 days. To tense the information obtained in the analysis of the posted content, a structured interview was conducted via email with the communication director of the Institute.
