Artigo Participação popular e mobilização política no Cone Sul dos anos 1970 : os Comitês de Base da Frente Ampla uruguaia e os Comitês da Unidade Popular chilena em perspectiva comparada(2019) Ferreira, André Lopes; Tribunal Superior EleitoralBusca-se no presente artigo comparar a experiência dos Comitês de Base da Frente Ampla uruguaia e dos Comitês da Unidade Popular chilena no princípio dos anos 1970. Embora fossem coalizões eleitorais, tanto a FA quanto a UP se constituíram também como movimentos de massa, utilizando-se da estratégia da mobilização política através de Comitês que contavam com grande participação popular. Por se tratarem de alianças multipartidárias, os Comitês da Frente Ampla e da Unidade Popular eram frequentados por militantes e simpatizantes das diferentes forças, o que em determinadas ocasiões gerava atritos e polêmicas. Além disso, devido ao importante papel que desempenharam nas eleições, foi preciso debater internamente qual seria o lugar desses organismos na estrutura partidária, trazendo à tona diferentes posições no seio das esquerdas no Uruguai e no Chile. Como fontes primárias, analisou-se a imprensa e a documentação interna dos partidos, além de entrevistas com alguns de seus ex-integrantes.Artigo Dime quién eres y te diré que tan igualitario/a eres : valores de género e implicancias para la participación política em Uruguay(2013) Pérez, Verónica; Vairo, Daniela; Tribunal Superior EleitoralAnaliza los cambios que los valores de género han tenido en la opinión pública uruguaya. El trabajo busca explicar qué factores operan en la conformación de valores más igualitarios de género. Se encuentra que las mujeres, y en especial las pertenecientes a los estratos más educados son más críticas ante los estereotipos de género y muestran valores más igualitarios. So that, we examine e process of adoption of national policies participation in four different countries: Brazil, Venezuela, Uruguay and Bolivia. The participatory policies have been implemented in different ways, with different relational models between the State and society. Thus, we developed a typology based on three analytical categories, about the promotion of the predominant participation in these four countries: design and dynamic participation; involvement of civil society; and its shape and configuration. We seek to distinguish the reasons and procedural analytical events that justify the position of each country in these ideal-types spectral. This distinction occur mainly in the form of the leftist party came to power, the party system in the country, and linkages and social bases established by the respective parties, etc. Finally, it presents new research agendas regarding the field of the political participation in Latin America. The new research agendas are the relationship that the political participation operates within the Legislative power, the idea of political representation inserted in these democratic innovations, and the need to develop new studies on this theme by looking at this new phenomenon of the right turn emerging in the Latin American region.Periódico Em debate : periódico de opinião pública e conjuntura política : ano 4, n. 3 (jun. 2012)(Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
