Sub-representação das candidaturas femininas : análise sobre os avanços da legislação para promover a ampliação das candidaturas femininas e a redução da violência política de gênero

Abstract

O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar a violência política de gênero contra a mulher na perspectiva da política de sub-representação feminina, a fim de contribuir para estimular o lançamento de mais candidaturas femininas na política. A violência política de gênero pode afetar pessoas que atuam diretamente em campanhas políticoeleitorais ou em mandatos de titulares, como as próprias candidatas eleitas, além de partidários e apoiadores. A pesquisa qualitativa baseou-se na técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica e buscas on-line de obras, artigos, legislação e sites institucionais da Câmara dos Deputados, Senado Federal, Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE). O método utilizado, na fase da coleta e na estruturação da narrativa, foi o indutivo. A revisão de literatura teve como objetivo definir conceitos e obter dados relacionados à sub-representação das candidaturas femininas. Os resultados mostram que, no Brasil, o sistema de cotas ainda não atingiu um resultado mais expressivo. No entanto, por meio das estatísticas, percebeu-se um crescimento gradual das candidaturas femininas nas últimas eleições.The main objective of this research is to analyze political gender violence against women from the perspective of female underrepresentation, in order to contribute to stimulating the launch of more female candidacies in politics. Gender political violence can affect people who act directly in political-electoral campaigns or in office holders, such as the elected candidates themselves, as well as supporters and supporters. The qualitative research was based on the technique of bibliographical research and online searches of works, articles, legislation and institutional websites, from the Chamber of Deputies, Federal Senate, Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics - IBGE, Federal Supreme Court - STF and Superior Electoral Court - TSE. The method used in the collection phase and in the structuring of the narrative was the inductive one. The literature review aimed to define concepts and obtain data related to the under-representation of female candidates. The results show that in Brazil the quota system has not yet reached a more expressive result. However, through statistics, a gradual growth of female candidacies in the last elections was noticed.
