Federação partidária e seus reflexos na conjuntura política nacional

Abstract

Abrange em sua temática as federações partidárias no Brasil (Lei 14.208/2021). Embasado no pressuposto, onde os partidos políticos comportamentalmente adotam fundamentados na obtenção da estabilidade organizativa Panebianco3, apresentar-se-á fases nas quais os objetivos vem se solidificando, partindo da promulgação da lei e finalizando no funcionamento parlamentar. Em linhas gerais, apresentamos os "cases" do Chile e do Uruguai no âmbito comparativo. E em sua finalização, se analisará as composições regionais e federais, bem como a representatividade legislativa dos partidos que já formalizaram federações no pleito de 2022. Nesse diapasão, será formulado, como argumento, a interferência dos aspectos eleitorais, bem como as tendências políticas na adoção ou não das federações em nosso modelo político- partidário. Como intuito e objetivo será exposto academicamente o vínculo entre a estabilidade das estruturas organizativas federativas em relação ao cenário político partidário, se houver o atendimento de pretensões e dos interesses eleitorais.It covers party federations in Brazil in its theme (Law No. 14.208/2021).
