Os direitos políticos nas constituições brasileiras

Abstract

Analisa os direitos políticos nas Constituições Brasileiras, especialmente em relação à disciplina estabelecida na Constituição de 1988. Para tanto, além dos aspectos históricos estabelece, também, suas características e forma de desenvolvimento, de modo a compreender a situação destes direitos nas diversas situações pelas quais passou o Brasil. Também, estabelece parâmetros doutrinários relativos ao histórico e características dos direitos fundamentais e dos direitos políticos para, depois, identificar nas Constituições Brasileiras sua posição e disciplina. A evolução destes direitos é analisada especialmente em relação à Constituição de 1988. Therefore, in addition to the historical aspects also establishes its characteristics and form of development, in order to understand the situation of these rights in different situations undergone by Brazil. Also establishes doctrinal parameters relating to the history and characteristics of fundamental rights and political rights to then identify its position in the Brazilian Constitutions and discipline. The evolution of these rights is analyzed especially in relation to the 1988 Constitution.
