Resumo
Analisa de forma pontual e sistemática cada uma das alterações promovidas na legislação eleitoral pela Lei nº 12.891/2013, confrontando-as com os textos normativos anteriores e expondo as razões motivadoras e os benefícios advindos das mudanças para a evolução do processo eleitoral e o fortalecimento da democracia brasileira.
