Perspectivas da educação política mundo afora : a declaração de Nova Déli sobre educação do eleitor

Abstract

Apresenta horizontes educacionais da participação política, fundamentando-se em conceitos doutrinários e normativos que correlacionam definitivamente a ideia de democracia com a necessidade de educar para a democracia, mantendo o foco na participação política, na legitimidade do poder político e na adequação do processo eleitoral. Apresenta a Declaração de Nova Déli (2016) e a rede VoICE.NET como instrumentos de desenvolvimento adjetivo da participação política, mantendo-se o Brasil, por intermédio do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), presente e ativo no alinhamento com tais iniciativas, exportando reflexões e práticas e importando o conhecimento que pode ser contextualizado com a realidade brasileira.

It presents educational horizons of political participation, based on doctrinaire and normative concepts, which decisively correlate the idea of democracy with the need to educate for democracy. It highlights the focus on political participation, the legitimacy of political power and the adequacy of the electoral process. It presents the Declaration of New Delhi (2016) and the VOICE.NET network as instruments for the adjective development of political participation. Also highlights that Brazil, through the Superior Electoral Court, has been present and active in matching such initiatives, exporting reflections and practices, and importing the knowledge that can be contextualized with the Brazilian reality.
