Democracia hackeada : a cyberguerra e a manipulação da opinião social

Abstract

No mundo onde todos estão conectados às redes sociais e de telecomunicação, a influência da virtualidade nos processos políticos é inevitável. A cidadania, conceito este que progrediu ao longo do tempo, tomou novo corpo no contexto da democracia virtual e das redes. As ferramentas virtuais podem ser tomadas à luz de manter ou de tolher relações, inclusive as políticas. Observada a problemática dos dias de hoje: a desinformação, a ausência do espaço privado e, com isso, a deterioração do ideal de cidadania, é mister observar e analisar minuciosamente o encaminhamento político no contexto virtual, com fins a manter os ideários da democracia e do rule of law.

In a world where everyone is connected to social and telecommunication networks, the influence of virtuality in political processes is inevitable. Citizenship, a concept that has progressed over time, has taken on a new body in the context of virtual democracy and networks. Virtual tools can be used in the light of maintaining or weakening relationships, including policies. Having observed the problems of today: misinformation, the absence of private space and, with that, the deterioration of the ideal of citizenship, it is necessary to observe and analyze in detail the political course in the virtual context, in order to maintain the ideals of democracy and of the rule of law.
