Violência política contra as mulheres negras no poder legislativo brasileiro considerando as relações raciais

Abstract

Analisa a violência política contra as mulheres negras no cenário legislativo, como forma de compreender a sub-representação desse grupo social. Através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre as relações sociais, o estudo pretende demonstrar, sob a perspectiva de gênero e de raça, os obstáculos para a manutenção de mulheres negras no Poder Legislativo. Nesse contexto, são desenvolvidas reflexões críticas para demonstrar como a discriminação racial impossibilita a promoção de uma democracia participativa que busca se constituir enquanto antirracista. O processo metodológico embasou- se no método indutivo de abordagem qualitativa e da pesquisa bibliográfica. Conclui-se, portanto, que as práticas discriminatórias contra as mulheres negras desempenham um papel de diferenciação jurídica e social nos espaços de poder e representação política.

It seeks to analyze political violence against black women in the legislative scenario, as a way of understanding the underrepresentation of this social group. Through bibliographical research on social relations, the study aims to demonstrate, from the perspective of gender and race, the obstacles to maintaining black women in the Legislative Branch. In this context, critical reflections are developed to demonstrate how racial discrimination makes it impossible to promote a participatory democracy that seeks to constitute itself as anti-racist. The methodological process was based on the inductive method of qualitative approach and bibliographical research. It is concluded, therefore, that discriminatory practices against black women play a role in legal and social differentiation in spaces of power and political representation.
