Partidos em crise e o boom dos movimentos regionais peruanos

Abstract

Aborda a crise do sistema partidário peruano, utilizando-se como fato principal o crescimento dos movimentos regionais naquele país. Para compreender a questão, apresenta uma breve historiografia da criação dos partidos políticos e as peculiaridades mais relevantes da questão partidária no país. Destaca as principais características da política peruana, e realiza um histórico em relação à emergência dos "independentes" e dos movimentos regionais. Realiza uma articulação conceitual entre movimentos regionais e partidos políticos. Ademais, analisa a presença dos movimentos regionais no sistema político-partidário do Peru. Por fim, conclui que o crescimento dos movimentos regionais é fruto da crise no sistema político-partidário peruano, assim como, vislumbra que há uma perspectiva de que tais organizações políticas continuem vigendo, com destaque, na política daquele país.

It approaches the crisis of the Peruvian party system, using as main fact the growth of the regional movements in that country. To understand the question, it presents a brief historiography of the creation of political parties and the most relevant peculiarities of the party question in the country. It highlights the main characteristics of Peruvian politics, and makes a history in relation to the emergence of the "independents" and the regional movements. It makes a conceptual articulation between regional movements and political parties. In addition, it analyzes the presence of regional movements in the partypolitical system of Peru. Finally, he concludes that the growth of regional movements is the result of the crisis in the Peruvian politicalpartisan system, as well as the prospect that such political organizations will continue to play a prominent role in that country's politics.
