Abstract

Busca, com o auxílio das conquistas tecnológicas, trazer um novo modelo de representação política que esteja em constante dinâmica com a sociedade civil, bem como fomentar reflexões sobre o direito fundamental à internet e a nova posição do indivíduo em relação ao Estado nesse nicho de relação, trazendo à luz um quinto status aos direitos fundamentais, o status interactive.

This work will look for, with the help of technological achievements, to bring a new model of political representation that is in constant dynamics with civil society, as well as to promote reflections on the fundamental law to the Internet and the new position of the individual in relation to the State in this niche, bringing to light a fifth status to fundamental rights, status interactive.
