Bolsonaro e a direita brasileira sob o olhar estrangeiro

Abstract

Trata-se de resenha dos livros Beef, Bible and bullets, de Richard Lapper, e Brazil, land of the past, de Georg Wink, ambos publicados em 2021, que abordam Bolsonaro e a direita no Brasil. Busca apresentar e avaliar os trabalhos, de maneira parcialmente comparativa, discutindo como a perspectiva de investigadores estrangeiros pode possuir peculiaridades, em relação ao que é percebido por brasileiros.The text is a review of the books Beef, Bible and bullets, by Richard Lapper, and Brazil, land of the past, by Georg Wink, both published in 2021, which address Bolsonaro and the right-wing in Brazil. It seeks to present and evaluate the works, in a partially comparative way, discussing how the viewpoint of foreign researchers may have peculiarities, in relation to what is observed by Brazilians.
