Supremacia masculina nos partidos políticos : violência política simbólica contra as mulheres?

Abstract

Aborda a dimensão simbólica da violência política contra as mulheres, tomando por base a questão da supremacia masculina, no âmbito dos partidos políticos, e o reflexo disto no imaginário social e no exercício dos direitos políticos pela parcela feminina da sociedade. Nesse sentido e com base em estudos bibliográficos e documental, associados à observação participante em diversos debates e ações políticas sobre o tema, advoga-se pela adoção de uma perspectiva feminista crítica ao déficit democrático de gênero e raça no seio partidário, estimulando a produção de pesquisas científicas que deem conta da violência política simbólica, não tipificada na recente Lei nº 14.192/2021, que estabelece normas para prevenir, reprimir e combater a violência política contra a mulher durante as eleições e no exercício de direitos políticos e de funções públicas no Brasil.It addresses the symbolic dimension of political violence against women, based on the issue of male supremacy within the scope of political parties and the reflection of this in the social imaginary and in the exercise of political rights by the female portion of society. In this sense, and based on bibliographic and documentary studies, associated with participant observation in various debates and political actions on the subject, we advocate the adoption of a feminist perspective critical to the democratic deficit of gender and race within the party, stimulating the production of scientific research that account for symbolic political violence, not typified in the recent Law nº 14.192/2021, which establishes norms to prevent, repress and combat political violence against women during elections and in the exercise of political rights and public functions in Brazil.
