Responsabilidade eleitoral : definição e problemática

Abstract

Analisa as premissas teóricas básicas a respeito da responsabilidade e seus efeitos jurídicos no âmbito do sistema eleitoral, em especial no tocante aos pressupostos de fundamentação das sanções típicas e peculiares de tal seara do Direito, buscando, inclusive, empreender uma leitura crítica da produção jurisprudencial do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral sobre o tema.It analyzes the theoretical basic assumptions about responsibility and its legal effects in the electoral system, in particular, about the reasons for assumptions of typical and peculiar sanctions in such a part of the law, trying to make a critical reading of the case law production the Superior Electoral Court on the subject.
