Partidos na arena eleitoral : o financiamento das listas de candidatos a deputado federal no Rio de Janeiro em 2010

Abstract

Investiga o fluxo das doações de campanhas realizadas pelos partidos políticos nas eleições de 2010 para deputado federal no estado do Rio de Janeiro. O objetivo é, considerando a relevância dos recursos partidários no provimento das candidaturas nas últimas campanhas eleitorais, debater as características da distribuição deste financiamento em meio à competição interna das coligações. Nesse sentido, sustenta-se, em comparação às demais fontes de doações permitidas pela legislação, a existência de maior associação entre os repasses financeiros das legendas e elites de candidatos com a força eleitoral proveniente de pleitos anteriores.It investigates the donation flow of campaigns carried out by political parties in the 2010 elections for congressman in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The goal is - considering the relevance of party resources for delivering these applications in the past election campaigns - discuss the characteristics of the distribution of this funding amid the internal competition of coalitions. Thereby, we hold, comparing it to other sources of donations allowed by law, the existence of a greater association amongst the financial transfers of the parties and elites of candidates with electoral strength from previous elections.
