Modalidades de carreira e formas de reconversão da militância político-partidária

Abstract

A sociologia política tem dedicado notória atenção aos estudos relacionados ao processo de seleção e recrutamento daqueles que formam o corpo dirigente dos partidos políticos. Esses trabalhos demonstram uma relação estreita entre posição ocupada e posse de determinantes sociais, à exemplo das origens sociais, inserção em espaços de socialização, ocupação profissional entre outros. Seguindo essa linha de estudos, o trabalho ora exposto apresenta quatro diferentes itinerários que nos permite compreender quais as formas de investimento permitem com que determinados sujeitos possam ocupar postos de liderança em partidos políticos. O universo empírico considerado no texto é formado por pessoas que ocupam postos de liderança no Partido Verde, seccional Sergipe. A estratégia teóricometodológica adotada permitiu apreender diferentes modalidades de carreira e de reconversão de recursos variados e a compreensão dos mecanismos que transformam os diversos recursos sociais, escolares e profissionais em "trunfos" que permitem a inserção dos líderes aqui considerados aos postos de comando disponíveis no partido. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, cujas informações foram acessadas por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas.Political sociology has devoted considerable attention to studies related to the process of selection and recruitment of those who form the governing body of political parties. These studies show a close relationship between the position occupied and the possession of social determinants, such as social origins, insertion into spaces of socialization, occupational occupation among others. Following this line of studies, the work presented here presents four different itineraries that allow us to understand which forms of investment allow certain subjects to occupy leadership positions in political parties. The empirical universe considered in the text is formed by people who hold leadership positions in the Green Party, Sergipe section. The theoretical-methodological strategy adopted allowed us to understand different career paths and reconversion of varied resources and the understanding of the mechanisms that transform the various social, scholastic and professional resources into "trumps" that allows the inclusion of the leaders considered here at the available command posts in the party. It is a qualitative research, whose information was accessed through semi-structured interviews.
