"Somos todas terezas" : a (re) inclusão feminina e a igualdade de gênero na sociedade e na política

Abstract

Trata da reinclusão feminina e da igualdade de gênero na sociedade e na política. Por meio da análise da personagem Tereza da obra de Jorge Amado, "Tereza Batista cansada de guerra", o estudo identifica haver várias Terezas em nossa sociedade, pois, tal qual a personagem, há muitas mulheres que convivem em desigualdade de oportunidades com seus parceiros e são abafadas pelo negacionismo histórico, motivo pelo qual a Tereza do romance é um estereótipo atemporal. O trabalho destaca a valorização do homem e os desafios enfrentados pelas mulheres quando assumem um cargo público, o que reforça a naturalização das diferenças de gênero preconizada por Bordieu, atingindo diversos ramos e papéis sociais. O trabalho indica a visão ampla acerca do tema, bem como a necessidade da busca pela congregação de esforços entre os diversos ramos do Poder Judiciário e da sociedade em geral, por meio da ampla divulgação, organização, estruturação e fomento de iniciativas voltadas à plena efetividade da participação feminina na política e na sociedade, agregada ao combate da desigualdade de gênero. O estudo apresenta, ainda, o que vem sendo feito para a política de inclusão feminina no judiciário, a inserção no mercado de trabalho, destacando pontos como o salário, as posições de liderança, funções acadêmico-científicas, assédio sexual no ambiente de trabalho. O artigo finaliza trazendo um estudo sobre a inclusão da mulher sob o enfoque das decisões judiciais e as expectativas da política de inclusão.

It deals with women's re-inclusion and gender equality in society and politics. Through the analysis of the character Tereza in Jorge Amado's work, "Tereza Batista tired of war", the study identifies that there are several Terezas in our society, as, like the character, there are many women who live in unequal opportunities with their partners and are muffled by historical denial, which is why the novel's Tereza is a timeless stereotype. The work highlights the valorization of men and the challenges faced by women when they assume public office, which reinforces the naturalization of gender differences advocated by Bordieu, reaching different branches and social roles. The work indicates the broad view on the topic, as well as the need to seek to join efforts between the various branches of the Judiciary and society in general, through wide dissemination, organization, structuring and promotion of initiatives aimed at full effectiveness of female participation in politics and society, added to the fight against gender inequality. The study presents what has been done for the policy of female inclusion in the judiciary, insertion in the labor market, highlighting points such as salary, leadership positions, academic-scientific functions, sexual harassment in the workplace. The article ends with a study on the inclusion of women from the standpoint of judicial decisions and the expectations of the inclusion policy.
