Abstract

Procura clarificar a correspondência da ideia de democracia e a possibilidade da cassação de um mandato legítimo e democrático. A questão se debruça nos resultados da má administração pública. Desse modo, tem-se por objetivo, também, entender os limites para esta ferramenta que visa resguardar o povo, resguardando-a, também, de possíveis inquietações e resultados advenientes do uso deturpado deste instituto.It aims to clarify the correspondence of the idea of democracy and the possibility of removing from office those elected legitimately and democratically. The question involves avoiding the results of public mismanagement. Therefore, the objective is also to understand the limits of this tool that aims to protect the people, also safeguarding the possible disquiet and results of the misconceived use of this instrument.
