Visa discernir a possibilidade da cassação de mandato pela Justiça em parâmetro constitucional, resguardando os limites do bem comum e da administração pública. Nesse interim, procura-se entender o mecanismo e sua validade em meio ao processo democrático, entendendo-o não como algo que obste a democracia, senão reforçando-a.It aims to discern the possibility of removal from office by the courts as a constitutional mechanism, within the limits of the common good and the public administration. In this respect, we seek to understand the mechanism and its validity within the democratic process, defining it not as something that hampers democracy, but rather that strengthens it.
