Cobrança judicial das multas eleitorais : prescrição

Abstract

Apresenta algumas especificidades no tocante à cobrança das multas eleitorais em comparação com a cobrança da dívida ativa da Fazenda Pública, com o procedimento de cumprimento de sentença e com a execução de título executivo extrajudicial por quantia certa. A análise da matéria faz-se à luz do direito eleitoral e direito processual civil, não excluído outros ramos da ciência jurídica que sejam aplicáveis à espécie.It introduces some specificities concerning to collection of the electoral fines comparing it with the collection of the Public Treasury's active debts, with the procedure of the execution of the judgment and with the execution of the extrajudicial title by right amount. The matter's analysis is made supported in the electoral law and the civil process law, not excluded others branches of the legal science which be applicable at the case.
