Abertura política e redemocratização brasileira : entre o moderno-conservador e uma "nova sociedade civil"

Abstract

Inicia com a interpretação de Werneck Vianna sobre como a nossa "revolução passiva" e a lógica do "conservar-mudando" são importantes chaves explicativas que se estendem na história política brasileira. A retomada deste sociólogo concede conceitos tal qual revive categorias de outros momentos históricos adequáveis ao nosso contexto. Num percurso sem impactantes rupturas, buscou-se destacar, por meio da exposição de uma narrativa histórica que nos facilita a compreensão dos fatos, como o final dos anos 70 e os anos 80 foram marcados por idas e vindas na perseguição de um projeto efetivamente moderno e pela emergência de novos atores sociais. Mirando à conclusão foram amarradas as interpretações expostas às características das formulações sociológicas que se mostraram atentas à emergência de uma "nova sociedade civil" e, por isso, acabaram por movimentar a sua agenda conforme a perspectiva analítica mais relevante. Para finalizar foi sugerida uma reflexão à luz de argumentos contemporâneos de como a sociedade civil que passou a usufruir de alto nível de liberdade conduziu essa sua nova condição segundo os ideais de cidadania pensados pós-regime militar.

It begins with the interpretation of Werneck Vianna about how our "passive revolution" and the logic of "keep-changing" are important explanatory keys that extend in Brazilian political history. The resumption of this sociologist grants concepts such other categories which revives historical moments which are adaptable to our context. On a path without impacting disruptions, we sought to highlight, through the exposure of a historical narrative that facilitates the understanding of the facts, as the late 70's and 80's were marked by ups and downs in pursuit of a effectively modern design and the emergence of new social actors. Targeting the conclusion, were tied interpretations exposed to sociological characteristics of the formulations that were attentive to the emergence of a "new society" and therefore eventually move its agenda as the most relevant analytical perspective. Finally it was suggested to reflect about the light of contemporary arguments of how civil society can now take advantage of high level of freedom that led their new condition in accordance with the ideals of citizenship thought post-military regime.
