A reforma na Câmara : poderia ter sido pior

Abstract

Analisa o primeiro turno da discussão e votação da reforma política na Câmara dos Deputados. Depois de apontar as linhas gerais do contexto que permitiu ao Presidente da casa tornar-se o grande patrono do processo, o texto dedica-se a avaliar os resultados do mesmo. A conclusão é simples: as mudanças realizadas foram ruins e os principais problemas do sistema político não foram enfrentados. Não obstante, poderia ter sido pior. Se algo há para se comemorar, é apenas isso.It analyzes the first round of discussion and voting of political reform the Chamber of Deputies. After pointing out the general lines of context that allowed the President of the house to become the great patron of the procedure, the text is dedicated to evaluate the results of it. The conclusion is simple: the changes made were bad and the main problems of the political system have not been addressed. Nevertheless, it could have been worse. If there is something to celebrate, it is just that.
