Estratégias do Executivo para formação de coalizões no Legislativo no contexto da nova República no Brasil

Abstract

Analisa as estratégias adotadas pelo Executivo no presidencialismo de coalizão brasileiro com vistas à aprovação da sua agenda no Legislativo. Através da análise da dinâmica institucional que organiza as trocas entre os poderes tenta-se verificar a natureza das barganhas e os padrões de interação entre Executivo e Legislativo no período da Nova República no Brasil.It analyzes the strategies, seized by the Executive within the Brazilian coalition- based presidendalism, foreseeing the approval of its agenda by the Legislative. Through the analysis of the institutional dynamics. which straightens the power exchange, it is attempted to verify the nature of the political bargains and the pattern of interaction between the Executive and the Legislative in the course of the New Republic.
