Participação política e marcadores sociais da diferença : reflexões sobre o tema no campo da ciência política

Abstract

Aproxima o tema Marcadores Sociais da diferença - presente nos estudos da Sociologia e da Antropologia - do campo da Ciência Política, utilizando como alicerce teórico a discussão sobre participação política na teoria democrática, tentando compreender as formas de mobilização desses grupos dentro e fora das arenas estatais e suas articulações. O campo de pesquisa é a cidade de Teresina-Piauí, com o emprego do método qualitativo e das técnicas de observação e reunião de informações sobre as múltiplas formas de organização e participação desses grupos. Assim, o trabalho contribui com o campo da participação política, destacando a importância de observar a heterogeneidade da sociedade civil quanto a participação em busca de direitos e de políticas públicas.Is to bridge the theme Social Markers of Diference - present in studies of sociology and anthropology - and the eld of Political Science, using the discussion about political participation in democratic theory as a theoretical basis and trying to understand the forms of mobilization of these groups inside and outside the state arenas and their articulations. The eld of research is the city of Teresina, state of Piau , using the qualitative method and techniques of observation and information gathering on the multiple forms of organization and participation of these groups. Thus, the work contributes to the eld of political participation, highlighting the importance of observing the heterogeneity of civil society regarding participation in the search for rights and public policies.
