O eleitor narcisista e a reforma política no Brasil : caminhos e perspectivas

Abstract

Analisa a evolução da participação política ativa, quando passa a ser construído o perfil do eleitor. Com base na percepção de que o eleitor moderno é narcisista e deseja, cada vez mais, ser ouvido e atendido por seus representantes políticos, busca-se um modelo ideal para o sistema político brasileiro que se pretende reformar. Diante das perspectivas da reforma política que avança no Congresso Nacional, entende-se que o modelo de listas fechadas que se pretende adotar não atenderá aos anseios desse inquieto eleitor narcisista. Na verdade, o modelo que parece coadunar com seus interesses é o voto distrital misto de correção.

The present work analyzes the evolution of the active political participation until arriving at the contemporaneity, from then on one begins to construct a profile of the elector. From the perception that the modern elector is narcissistic and wishes, increasingly, to be heard and attended by his political representatives, an ideal model is sought for the Brazilian political system that is intended to reform. Looking at the prospects of the political reform advancing in the National Congress, it seems that the model of closed lists that one intends to adopt will not meet the anxieties of this restless narcissistic elector. Actually, the model that seems to fit in with their interests is the mixed district vote of correction.
