O financiamento de campanhas femininas : a importância de uma legislação emancipadora no combate à violência política de gênero

Abstract

Busca compreender os reflexos das alterações legislativas voltadas a romper com a violência política de gênero em relação a candidaturas e a campanhas eleitorais fictícias. Com isso, ao investigar o papel da mulher e a sua sub-representação no parlamento, aprofunda-se neste trabalho a análise de incentivos legais para sua inserção política. Para tanto, examinou-se, a partir da disputa ao cargo de deputado federal no âmbito do Estado de Mato Grosso, as diferenças concretas de investimento nas campanhas eleitorais nas duas últimas eleições, levando em conta o financiamento de campanhas femininas. Assim, com o emprego do método teórico-documental de pesquisa, conclui-se pela relevância das alterações legislativas que asseguraram em 2022 melhores condições para participação das mulheres na política.

It seeks to understand the effects of legislative changes aimed at breaking with political gender violence in relation to fictitious candidates and electoral campaigns. With that, when investigating the role of women and their under-representation in parliament, this work deepens the analysis of legal incentives for their political insertion. For that, it was examined, from the dispute for the position of federal deputy in the scope of the State of Mato Grosso, the concrete differences of investment in the electoral campaigns, in the last two elections, from the financing of feminine campaigns. Thus, with the use of the theoretical-documentary research method, it is concluded by the relevance of the legislative changes that ensured, in 2022, better conditions for the participation of women in politics.
