¿Cómo elige Perú a sus representantes?

Abstract

Analiza el sistema electoral parlamentario peruano, así como el impacto de las principales reformas implementadas en las Elecciones Generales 2021, desde la perspectiva de la historia de las elecciones parlamentarias de este siglo. Para ello, se analizan, en primer lugar, las características del Congreso peruano; en segundo lugar, los elementos del sistema electoral parlamentario y la participación de los partidos políticos en los congresos instalados entre 2001 y 2021.

It analyzes the Peruvian parliamentary electoral system, as well as the impact of the main reforms implemented in the 2021 General Elections, from the perspective of the history of the parliamentary elections in this century. To do this, it analyzes, the characteristics of the Peruvian Congress, the elements of the parliamentary electoral system and the participation of political parties in the congresses installed between 2001 and 2021.
