Ensaio sobre a função social dos partidos na contemporaneidade e o papel dos intelectuais

Abstract

Discute a relação entre o principal sujeito coletivo da modernidade - os Partidos Políticos -, bem como a relação que tal sujeito estabelece com as classes sociais na sociedade contemporânea. Nesse sentido, busca-se cotejar as concepções de partido presentes nas teorias sociais de Jügen Habermas e Antonio Gramsci. Tal questão torna-se de fundamental importância visto que o filósofo político alemão em questão, em sua teoria social, negara a filosofia do sujeito e a centralidade da consciência, no processo constitutivo do projeto que compreendera enquanto modernidade inacabada; enquanto que, por outro lado, o filósofo político italiano, a partir de sua filosofia da práxis, compreendera enquanto centrais tais questões, tanto para a constituição do partido, quanto para sua manutenção. O que nos leva a própria dimensão do papel e função social do intelectual no processo constitutivo do consenso e de administração e organização da vida social.

It discusses the relationship between the main collective subject of modernity - Political Parties - as well as the relationship that this subject establishes with the social classes in contemporary society. Accordingly, it seeks to collate the party-concepts present in social Torias of Jugen Habermas and Antonio Gramsci. This issue becomes of fundamental importance as the German political philosopher in question, in his social theory, denied the philosophy of the subject and the centrality of conscience, the constitutive process of the project understood as unfinished modernity; while on the other hand, the Italian political philosopher, from his philosophy of praxis, understood as central these issues, both in the constitution of the party, and for its maintenance. Which brings us to the sheer size of the role intellectual and social function of the constitutive process of consensus and the management and organization of social life.
