As disputas discursivas na CPMI das Fake News e a estratégia bolsonarista

Abstract

O fenômeno das fake news marcou de forma expressiva as eleições 2018 no Brasil, beneficiando principalmente a campanha do então candidato Jair Bolsonaro. Uma Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito foi aberta para investigar o ocorrido. Três audiências da chamada CPMI das Fake News serão analisadas neste artigo, que tem por objetivo compreender as disputas discursivas presentes nesses espaços. A metodologia é baseada na matriz francesa da análise de discurso e fizemos emergir o discurso dos depoentes e parlamentares, em suas interações de dissenso ou consenso, a partir de duas categorias heurísticas dos processos discursivos, os posicionamentos: em relação à disseminação de desinformação; e em relação às eleições 2018. Identificamos uma ação deliberada do bloco bolsonarista para controlar os sentidos discursivos por meio da reprodução de estratégias retóricas já utilizadas na campanha eleitoral e no governo Bolsonaro.Fake news as a phenomenon got attention in the 2018 election in Brazil, mainly benefiting the campaign of then-candidate Jair Bolsonaro. A parliamentary inquiry commission has begun work to investigate the incident. Three hearings of this commission will be analyzed for this research, which aims to understand the discursive disputes present in these meetings. The methodology is based on French discourse analysis and we made the discourse of deponents and parliamentarians emerge, in their interactions of dissent or consensus, from two heuristic categories of discursive processes, the positions: (1) related to the dissemination of disinformation; (2) and in relation to the 2018 election. We identified a deliberate action by the Bolsonarist's group to control the meanings of the records through the reproduction of rhetorical strategies already used in the electoral campaign and also during the Bolsonaro administration.
