Interfaces e continuidades dos distritos eleitorais e do federalismo

Abstract

Analisa o sistema distrital no Império e na Primeira República enquanto mecanismo intermediário entre o poder local e o Estado. Em parte, herdado do Império e, por outro, Bandeira do Partido Republicano, pretende-se compreender o real funcionamento dos distritos eleitorais em meio ao processo de fraudes eleitorais sistemáticas e seus impactos no centro do poder.Analyze the district system during the Empire and in the First Republic as being an intermediate mechanism between the local power and the State. Some of its roots can be found in the Empire and it also became a flag for the Republican Party, among the process of constant election frauds and its impacts in the middle of power.
