A reforma do sistema de representação a partir da identificação dos problemas atuais

Abstract

Tem como objetivo a investigação da representação proporcional, que é atualmente utilizada como forma de eleição para cargos do legislativo, apontando quais são as vantagens e desvantagens deste modelo. Ocupa-se em sua segunda parte de enumerar os modelos alternativos de reforma, objetivando sanar os problemas de responsabilização da política, bem como aumentar a capacidade cooperativa do legislativo com os outros poderes. Para isso, recorreu-se ao método dialético para confrontar o modelo utilizado com os que poderiam substituí-lo, sem prejuízo do apontamento de problemas que poderiam advir dessa substituição.It has as objective the investigation about proportional representation, which is currently used as the form of election of positions in the legislative, showing about the advantages and disadvantages of this model. Occupies in the second part of enumeratinenumerating alternat ive models for reform , aiming to address the political accountability problems as well as increase the capacity of cooperative legislation with the other powers. For this, we used the dialectical method to confront the model used with that could replace it it, without prejudice to the appointment of problems that could come from this place place.
