Participação da mulher na política : a evolução da legislação eleitoral e o financiamento das campanhas

Abstract

Apresenta reflexões sobre a relação entre a legislação eleitoral e a participação das mulheres na política. No primeiro momento, serão analisadas as duas principais leis que regem a aplicação de recursos públicos pelos partidos políticos, identificando o posicionamento atual da Justiça Eleitoral. No segundo momento, será avaliado o atual cenário da participação feminina no Congresso Nacional e Senado Federal, confrontando com o financiamento das campanhas femininas nas últimas eleições gerais. Por fim, serão comentadas duas propostas legislativas ainda não aprovadas e seus impactos na política de inclusão feminina na política. Percebe-se um avanço considerável nas ações afirmativas por meio da legislação eleitoral, entretanto, com necessidade de adequação para que os cargos políticos eletivos representem a participação das mulheres na sociedade.

It aims to present reflections on the relationship between electoral legislation and women's participation in politics. At first, the two main laws that govern the application of public resources by political parties will be analyzed, identifying the current position of the Electoral Justice. In the second moment, the current scenario of female participation in Congress and the Senate will be evaluated, confronting it with the financing of female campaigns in the last general elections. Finally, two legislative proposals not yet approved and their impacts on the policy of female inclusion in politics will be commented on. A considerable advance can be seen in affirmative actions through electoral legislation, however with the need for adaptation so that elected political positions represent the participation of women in society.
