Representação feminina e financiamento de campanhas : histórico recente e novas perspectivas à luz da reforma eleitoral de 2015

Abstract

Demonstra e observa o histórico da participação feminina e seu desempenho nas eleições brasileiras, também trazendo uma perspectiva com a Reforma Eleitoral de 2015. E em seguida mostrar de que modo, o financiamento de campanha e sistema eleitoral vigente favorece para ínfima participação feminina na política. Uma vez que, elas representam apenas 11% dos cargos legislativos no Brasil, mesmo existindo uma tendência internacional de aumento da representação política feminina.

It demonstrates the female participation history and its performance in the Brazilian elections and also bringing a perspective related to the Electoral Reform of 2015. Then, show how campaign financing and the present electoral system not favors for the female participation in politics. They represent only 11% of the legislative positions in Brazil, even though there is an international tendency to increase their political representation.
