Uma fotografia da representação feminina preta na Câmara dos Deputados : composição e ações

Abstract

Aborda a representação feminina preta na atual legislatura da Câmara dos Deputados. Inicialmente, verificamos se houve crescimento da representação feminina preta na Casa do Povo entre 2014 e 2022. Também comparamos as atuações das congressistas pretas na atual legislatura com as principais pautas defendidas por autoras dos feminismos negros. Para o primeiro objetivo, a pesquisa quantitativa analisou dados da Justiça Eleitoral e da Câmara dos Deputados sobre as mulheres pretas eleitas deputadas federais nos anos de 2014, 2018 e 2022. Para o segundo objetivo, analisamos as atuações das congressistas, comparando suas ações parlamentares com as agendas políticas defendidas por autoras dos feminismos negros. Concluímos que houve aumento de cadeiras ocupadas na Câmara Federal por mulheres pretas e que elas pautam muitas de suas atuações em agendas que dialogam com os feminismos negros. Logo, quando a mulher preta alcança o poder, agendas dos feminismos negros ganham voz com potencialidade de maior inclusão.It addresses black women representation in the current legislative session of the Chamber of Deputies. First it was verified whether an increase in black women representation occurred in the House of Representatives between 2014 and 2022. This study also compared the actions of current black congresswomen with the main agendas defended by black feminist authors. For the first objective, the quantitative research analyzed data from the Electoral Court and the Chamber of Deputies on black women elected as Federal Deputies in the years 2014, 2018 and 2022. For the second aim, it analyzed the performance of the congresswomen, comparing their parliamentary actions with the political agendas defended by black feminist authors. This study concludes that there has been an increase in the number of seats occupied in the Federal Chamber by black women and that they base many of their actions on agendas related to black feminism. Therefore, when black women reach power, black feminist agendas are given voice and greater inclusion is more likely to be granted.
