A Justiça Eleitoral entre o substancialismo e o procedimentalismo

Abstract

Apresenta uma análise crítica acerca do exercício da função jurisdicional pela Justiça Eleitoral, a partir dos referenciais teóricos procedimentalista e substancialista, diante das peculiaridades de nosso sistema constitucional e, especificamente, do subsistema eleitoral.It presents a critical analysis of the exercise of judicial functions by the Electoral Court, from the theoretical proceduralist and substantialist reference, considering the peculiarities of our constitutional system and specifically the electoral subsystem.
