Os efeitos da lava jato na reforma política eleitoral

Abstract

Tem como tema a discussão sobre os efeitos da Operação Lava Jato na Reforma Política Eleitoral. A Operação Lava Jato, que tem como inspiração a operação italiana "Mãos Limpas", é considerada a maior investigação contra corrupção e lavagem de dinheiro do Brasil. Durante as investigações, percebe-se que vários agentes políticos estão envolvidos no sistema corrupto implantado na Estatal, como efeito direto da pressão popular e midiática, foi aprovada esta reforma política, que proíbe o financiamento de campanha por meio de empresas privadas, o principal canal de dinheiro dos agentes políticos envolvidos na Lava Jato. A investigação radiou efeitos para os campos da economia, direito, política dentre outros, mas o diretamente afetado pelos investigadores foram os políticos brasileiros. Este trabalho foi desenvolvido utilizando o método indutivo, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental e visa debater alguns pontos importantes sobre o tema.It has as its theme the discussion about the effects of Operation car wash in the Electoral Political Reform. Operation car wash, which is inspired by the Italian operation "Clean Hands", is considered the largest investigation against corruption and money laundering in Brazil. The investigation radiated effects for the fields of economics, law, politics among others, but the one directly affected by the researchers were the Brazilian politicians. This work was developed using the inductive method, through bibliographical and docurnentary research and aims to discuss some important points on the subject, without any pretension to exhaust it.
