Partidos políticos ou partidos de políticos? A relação entre clãs familiares e partidos políticos no Paraná

Abstract

Investiga as votações de quinze candidatos as eleições de 2018 no Paraná. Os casos foram escolhidos pois buscou-se pesquisar o impacto desses candidatos serem também presidentes de seus partidos políticos em nível estadual. Para tal, foram investigados o histórico político familiar e a distribuição dos votos nas últimas eleições 2018. Como hipótese, o artigo admite que a estrutura familiar dos presidentes conta para as estratégias políticas dentro dos partidos no Paraná. Os resultados deste estudo apontam para o fato de que possuir um histórico político e familiar é significativo para a conquista da presidência de partidos políticos, independentemente do âmbito em que se dispute a eleição (diferentes cargos: âmbito estadual/federal).It investigates the votes of fifteen candidates in the last 2018 election. The cases were chosen because we sought to investigate the impact that these candidates are also presidents of their political parties at the state level. To do this, it investigates the political family history and the distribution of votes. As hypothesis, the article admits that being a party president at the state level influences the elaboration of electoral strategies. The results of this study point to the fact that having a political and family history is significant for winning the presidency of political parties, regardless of the scope of the election.
