Reforma constitucional y legal a la fórmula electoral binominal en Chile

Abstract

Expõe o impacto da reforma constitucional e legal sobre a fórmula eleitoral binominal aplicada no Chile. A partir disso, faz-se importante trazer uma breve descrição dos projetos de reforma constitucional e legal que tratam da matéria, como também a dificuldade de conduzir um processo com tal envergadura no atual momento político do país, uma vez que uma reforma eleitoral sempre terá algumas consequências que não estavam previstas em seu início.

It exposes the impact of constitutional and legal reform about the binomial electoral formula applied in Chile. Thus, it is very important to bring a brief description of constitutional and legal reform projects which discuss the subject, and also shows the difficulty to manage a process as this one in the current political moment in that country, once any electoral reform always will have some consequences that were not previewed in its beginning.
