A Escola Judiciária Eleitoral cearense e o histórico fomento educacional dos direitos eleitorais e políticos das pessoas LGBTI+

Abstract

O ensino de educação política voltada à diversidade sexual e de gênero, proporcionado pelo desenvolvimento, no ano de 2007, do fascículo n. 1 - Diversidades, Desigualdades e Preconceitos, do curso Formação para a Educação Política, do Programa Eleitor do Futuro, iniciativa da Escola Judiciária Eleitoral Cearense (EJEC), é a razão de ser do presente artigo. O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Ceará (TRE-CE), em parceria com o Fundo das Nações Unidas para a Infância (Unicef), a Organização Não Governamental (ONG) Comunicação e Cultura e a Faculdade 7 de Setembro (Fa7), idealizou essa iniciativa educacional de inclusão social. Os temas abordados nesse trabalho mostram a realidade por que passam as mulheres e também o grupo de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis, Transexuais, Intersexos, dentre outras e outros (LGBTI+), em virtude de preconceito cultural e político-eleitoral existente na sociedade. A conscientização política de jovens eleitores e eleitoras e estudantes cearenses foi considerada relevante para o fortalecimento da cidadania desses grupos vulnerabilizados por motivo de sexo, orientação sexual e identidade de gênero. Esta pesquisa utiliza o método de estudo de caso, tendo em vista destacar o mencionado fascículo produzido pela Escola Judiciária Eleitoral Cearense. Sendo assim, a pesquisa é a bibliográfica, pois fará constar análise da referida obra, como documento central da pesquisa. Há também o acréscimo de contribuições de material bibliográfico com temática afim ao investigado.

The teaching of political education focused on sexual and gender diversity, provided by the development, in 2007, of issue no. 1 - Diversities, Inequalities and Prejudices, from the Training for Political Education course, from the Voter of the Future Program, an initiative of the Cearense Electoral Judiciary School (CEJS), is the reason for this article. The Regional Electoral Court of Ceará (RRCC), in partnership with the United Nations Children's Fund (Unicef), the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Communication and Culture and Faculdade 7 de Setembro (Fa7), created this educational social inclusion initiative. The themes covered in this work show the reality that women and also the group of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transvestites, Transsexuals, Intersex, among others (LGBTI+), go through, due to cultural and political-electoral prejudice existing in society. The political awareness of young voters and students in Ceará was considered relevant for strengthening the citizenship of these vulnerable groups due to sex, sexual orientation and gender identity. This research uses the case study method, with a view to highlighting the aforementioned issue produced by the Cearense Electoral Judiciary School. Therefore, the research is bibliographical, as it will include an analysis of the aforementioned work, as the central document of the research. There is also the addition of contributions of bibliographic material with a theme related to that investigated.
